SyncDance Park Pilot Agreement

1. Parties
This Agreement is made between:

- Provider: [Park / City / Organization Name]
2. Purpose
The Organizer will conduct a 30-day synchronized outdoor dance class at [Park Name], providing participants access via QR code. The purpose is community engagement, fitness promotion, and wellness activities.
3. Duration
- Start Date: [MM/DD/YYYY]
- End Date: [MM/DD/YYYY]
- Class Time: Monday to Saturday at 6:00 PM
4. Responsibilities
Organizer:
- Setup QR code system and landing page
- Ensure participant safety and crowd management
- Provide volunteers for setup, cleanup, and assistance
- Comply with park rules and regulations
Provider / Park:
- Approve use of park space during specified dates/times
- Allow display of signage and QR codes within agreed areas
5. Liability
The Organizer assumes responsibility for participant safety. The Provider is not liable for injuries or incidents related to participation. The Organizer will maintain general liability insurance and comply with local laws.
6. Data & Privacy
Participant information collected via QR code registration will be used solely for SyncDance activities and will not be shared without consent.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the Organizer will remove all equipment, signage, and QR codes.
